  1. How does the cash rebates work?

10% cash rebate will be issued on total bill for every purchase. Customers can accumulate the cash rebates and redeem on the next purchase. Redeemed rebates will be offset against the amount payable.

 

  1. How much cash rebates can I redeem on each purchase?

Customers can redeem up to $20 cash rebate on each transaction. Rebates can only be redeemed in denominations of $1. Entered amount will be fully redeemed and any excess will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

 

  1. Where can I check my rebates balance?

You may check your rebates balance under ‘My Account’.

 

  1. I have made a purchase but why are my rebates not credited?

Rebate dollars will be credited within 24hrs. Please check back after 24hrs for new rebates balance.

 

  1. I cannot remember my account password.

Click on ‘Forgot your password’ link on the sign up page to have a new password emailed to you.

 

  1. How do I cancel my order?

Please approach our staff with your order number. We will do the necessary procedures to reverse the order. Refund will be performed by the bank and will require 5-7 days for the transaction to be completed.

 

  1. Can I change my order after payment has been made?

If payment has been made, you will need to cancel your order and put in a new order. Refund for the canceled order will take 5-7 days for the transaction to be completed. However, if our kitchen crew has already prepared the ordered item, we will not be able to allow for cancellation and change to the order. Please check with our staff for more information.

8. I receive a promo code. Can I redeem my cash rebates after applying the promo code?

Promo codes cannot be used with other discounts or promotions, including cash rebates. Hence, cash rebates cannot be redeemed if a promo code is applied.
